Health Coaching Packages

 

Individual Health Coaching

In Individual Health Coaching, you work directly with me. I coach you around health issues that are most important in your life right now, for example stress management, weightloss, nutrition.

Our coaching relationship is a partnership designed to move you forward to living the life you so richly deserve. There are many benefits of working with your own coach, including:

• increased self-confidence
• increased self-awareness
• increased energy
• focus on your issues
• non-judgemental personal support
• completely confidential
• effective results

Each individual coaching package includes:

• Intake session
• Questionnaires
• Client forms
• One-on-one individual coaching (number of sessions per month and length of each session is dependant on package purchased. See packages below)
• Access to resources
• I will phone you at a predetermined time

Group Health Coaching

In Group Health Coaching a group of up to 8 people is being coached around a certain theme. I offer group coaching by phone (long distance charges may apply dependant on your long distance phone plan.). Group Coaching offers the following benefits to clients:

• the opportunity to meet others who are in the same situation
• the opportunity to network
• the environment to synergize, energize and motivate each other
• the ability to "buddy-up" to support each other between sessions
• accountability to the group
• a cost savings

Group Coachng includes:

• 3 60-minute group coaching calls per month, maximum 8 participants
• Pre Coaching Assessment
• Access to resources
• Unlimited emailing between sessions
• Opportunity to learn, share and network with other participants on the group call

Note: All participants in a group must sign a confidentiality agreement.

To check for availability of group coaching please send an email to Wendy@CoachingForANewYou.com and indicate the topic you are interested in (eg Stress Management, Weightloss, Nutrition, etc) and I will get back to you with the start date of a new group.
